  • What time is check-in & check-out?

    Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Early arrivals and late departures will be offered if available.

  • What does the payment schedule look like? What happens if we have to cancel?

    A 25% deposit is due at booking and the final payment is due 45 days prior to the date of arrival.
    In simplistic terms, no matter when you cancel, whatever money is on hand is forfeited unless we’re able to rebook the time in full. Please review the rental agreement in depth.
    We highly recommend purchasing a travel protection policy offered within our agreement. We offer a standard policy as well as a cancel for any reason policy, both designed to protect your trip from the time of booking until you return home.

  • Are Pets Welcome?

    Each home is different but don’t hesitate to ask our team.

  • What Payment Methods do you accept?

    Currently we accept all major credit cards, ACH/e-check, as well as physical checks, money orders and cash. We will be adding additional payment methods i.e apply pay, etc.

  • What basic things do I need to know about before my arrival?

    All of our homes have free wifi, washer and dryer access, air conditioning, heating, etc. Most of our homes are supported with a keyless entry and you’ll receive a personalized door code a few days prior to your arrival. If there is a key needed, you’ll receive that information a few days in advance as well.

  • Are there rules for the beaches that we should be aware of?

    The beaches are made to be enjoyed but please keep dogs on a leash and know that the beaches are alcohol free. No need to pack beach towels, we provide those as well as beach umbrellas and beach chairs too.

  • What do we need to know about parking on the island?

    Our guests are provided parking passes upon arrival.
    With this pass, you are free to park along the side streets but you are still limited to 3 hours when parking downtown between the hours of 9am-5pm.
    If you’re renting a golf cart from a local company, or arranged by our team, you do not need a parking pass for golf carts.

  • What concierge services does Parsley Baldwin offer?

    Our team offers a never ending list of services to enhance your trip. Whatever you need, we can do it!
    We currently arrange services like airport transportation, golf cart/bicycle rentals, welcome gifts, floral deliveries, grocery shopping/refrigerator stocking to fishing charters, sunset cruises, baby sitters, photography sessions, etc.

  • Can I get mail on the island?

    Mail can be a bit tricky! USPS and FedEx will deliver to your property address but everything else will need to go through a PO Box. Feel free to ask our team the best option for your trip.
