We can't wait to have our "Salty Bungalow" back ~ This 3 bed, 2 and a half bath duplex is steps away from the Gulf of Mexico on the South end of Boca Grande and will be an entirely new unit due to severe damage from Hurricane Ian. Once finished, you will be able to enjoy a lovely Florida sunset right on the lanai or even take the pathway down to the beach to look for sharks teeth and other shells! Town is a short golf cart ride as well as walking distance away! A flight of stairs is required to get into the unit and the unit itself is 2 levels. Parking is under the unit as well as available parking spaces within the community.
