Hurricane Ian devastated the Boca Grande North Condo Community but there is nothing that a lot of patience, perseverance and determination cannot do! The community leaders have worked tirelessly to bring back a new and improved community for you to enjoy. If everything continues as planned, we are hoping to start renting (and updating photos) early 2025! We are starting a waitlist now, so please let our team know when you're interested in renting and we will get you on the list.
